We inhabit an elegant vessel, perfectly
capable of healing itself when certain conditions are met. Unfortunately, despite our best intentions, we live in an environment
where most of us end up doing more harm than good. We typically don’t give
health a second thought until we get sick, fear sets in, and we find ourselves
in the doctor’s office awaiting a solution. Allopathic/AMA trained doctors are quick
to prescribe questionable pharmaceuticals & harmful antibiotics (often
derived from patentable petrochemicals, research Rockefeller medicine & the Flexner
Report for a sobering history lesson) or recommend surgery. In the (brief) process they write off most
issues as being due to old age or genetics and they fully discount your body's ability to heal & protect itself. Nutrition, toxicity exposures, exercise,
and gut health are largely disregarded as they make diagnoses based on a series
of flawed tests costing you thousands of dollars. Complications that arise over
time are addressed in the same manner, often compounding the original problem. This
is not a recipe for health or longevity.
What to do? We must become knowledgeable & self-sufficient when it comes to our health. Working in our favor,
there are very few primary vectors that take us down the path of disease and
our body is EXTREMELY resilient. Most critically we need to understand the
impacts of our food & drink (nutrition), activate our immune
system (clean the gut, address deficiencies, and build up the gut
microbiome), and address various forms of toxicity that keep us in a
state of disease (the worst of which often occurs at the doctor’s office).
Do this well and you will be amazed how your body responds.
Every symptom we experience is our body trying to tell us something, pay
attention & try to determine the root cause(s) (is it deficiency
related, out of control inflammation/free radicals, due to toxic exposure, a
blocked gut lining, a microbiome issue, or has it become so bad that it has
evolved into a parasite infestation?). Each issue has a solution, and we
provide these solutions via information, tools & protocols available on our
website! Evaluate your success after some time has passed (at least 1 week
& up to 1 month if you are diligent), if it is working well, continue,
if not, up your dose, alter your method, or try another approach altogether. The
more you repeat this pattern the more effective you will become and the easier
it will get. Holistic health/detox/naturopathy involves a complicated set of
skills that can take years to master. We are shortcutting that process, however,
expect to spend 3-6 months learning the ropes & identifying your unique deficiencies,
sensitivities etc.
Air, Sunlight, Stress, &
Exercise – These might be common sense, but let’s briefly
cover each of them. Make sure that your indoor air is clean, mold and dust can
cause serious issues as can filling your house with toxic synthetic fragrances.
Air purification via HEPA is ok, UV is better, ozone is best. Radon is another
thing to test for in the home. AirWaterHealing.com has some great solutions in
this area.
You will want to get some amount of sunlight. Early
morning sun is best. The more exposed skin the better. 15 minutes is
sufficient, no sunscreen, and do not burn yourself in the process. While you
are getting your sun, close your eyes and look below the plain of the sun by
approx. 30 degrees, this has some powerful benefits and can begin to decalcify
your pineal gland. Do this while grounding if possible. An alternative/addition
to this is red light/infrared (NIR) therapy. A great option for red
light therapy is listed on the Extras page, if you go this route keep in mind
that you will want to cover your entire body so bigger panels generally work
better. Panels are preferred as they can be used for anything you may need as
opposed to a face mask. We have experienced great results with 2 Pro300 panels
stacked one on top of the other.
Stress from work or relationships etc. can derail
even the best health routine! Identify major stressors and mitigate them. Exercise
is especially important. Your body is designed to move, lift things, and sweat;
otherwise, it atrophies and ages. It also causes issues related to moving
blood, bowel, and lymph fluids. Get 30 minutes of exercise per day, 1 hour+ is
ideal, and the more you sweat - the better. Strength training & short
duration, high intensity cardio should be a part of this routine. Vibration
plates/rebounders, cold plunges, and far-infrared (FIR) saunas are
effective in addition to exercise helping the body by creating positive stress
to increase blood flow etc., our preferred options for each of these modalities
are listed on the Extras page.
Clean Water - Perhaps the single most important thing you can do at the outset
is to BUY A WATER DISTILLER. You MUST
have clean water, and a water distiller guarantees that. Fluoride, chlorine,
medical compounds, environmental toxins, PFAS, microplastics, and who knows
what else is present in tap water. Bottled water is often not any better. Filtering
will not remove all of these impurities, plus filters go bad and can then
pollute the water you are trying to purify (even in the case of reverse
osmosis). Distilled water provides superior detoxification to cells as it actively
replaces polluted water in the interstitial fluid (occupies the majority of
our body). Find our preferred model listed at the top of our Extras page. Store
your distilled water in glass or stainless-steel bottles. You should only drink/supplement/cook/etc. with distilled
water!
Clean Food – An entire book could be written on this topic so we will be direct and
cover the basics. No fried anything (seed oils), no pork (parasites)
& throw away your microwave (causes cancer). Glyphosate is a toxic
pesticide and it is (unfortunately) sprayed on almost every base
ingredient that we end up eating, identify these and avoid them! Start to grow
your own food if possible, or visit farmers markets & ask questions so that
you know what is going into your body. Avoid everything GMO. Eat relatively more
raw fruits & vegetables of various colors (different colors are
indicative of different nutrients), and relatively less protein (unless
you are young or training particularly hard), also limit processed starch
& sugar. Natural fats (found in meats etc.) are a good thing,
essential for energy, immune function, & cell growth.
Eat slowly and only when you are very hungry.
Chew food well to aid digestion. We tend to overeat to a degree that our gut
cannot keep up with. This leads to stress and inflammation which can turn into
chronic sickness & leads to expedited aging. High quality, low quantity,
organic & easily digestible foods are ideal. The less processed/cooked a
food is the better.
Stay away from seed oils, these are used
everywhere and are absolutely horrible for you (canola oil, vegetable oil,
rape seed oil, etc.). Pasteurization sterilizes your food, killing
beneficial bacteria. Fermented foods & drinks (like kombucha) improve
your gut microbiome, consume them whenever you can (basically, your gut
microbiome IS your immune system so do everything you can to promote it). Avoid
processed and antibiotic laden dairy & meat products. Raw milk (on our
Extras page for VA, DC, MD residents!), colostrum, or kefir are ok; these
forms of dairy contain healthy living bacteria that your body needs. Pay
attention to the ingredients on labels (if you don’t know what something is,
find out, apps like Yuka simplify this process).
On the topic of food, especially if you are an
adult/overweight, one of the best things you can do for your health is fasting.
Intermittent fasting (16 hours off, 8 hours on) combined with juicing
& consuming fermented foods is a powerful combination that immediately boosts
immune function and gut health. Longer fasts (liquids only) can provide
even greater benefit!
Basic Vitamins &
Nutrients – Selenium, Vitamin D3, K2, Vitamin B-Complex, B17,
Zinc & Potassium, are incredibly important and should be taken in
conjunction with Yellow Juice. Ensure that you find a reputable brand,
we have had good results with Thorne Labs, Global Healing, Ascent Nutrition, and
Melaleuca (see the Extras page for links). These supplements should be
taken daily (5000-10000 IU Vitamin D3, 1000-5000mcg K2, & 200mcg of
Selenium). Zinc is another vital nutrient for cell growth to be taken regularly
and at relatively high dose. If you are concerned about an oncoming illness, underwent
surgery/trauma, or just need additional antioxidant support; zinc should be
taken (1-4 30mg capsules per day). B-Complex vitamins will provide niacin,
thiamin, folate, biotin, and B12 among others. Potassium is another key nutrient
to include. It is especially necessary if you are healing or otherwise exerting
a lot of energy. In addition to this, a food sourced multivitamin provides base
levels of dozens of vitamins, minerals, aminos etc. that your body requires (90
in total, the Yellow Juice Protocol focuses on this, do not rely on
daily allowance percentages as they tend to be quite low leading to deficiency
issues, find your levels but stay below known toxic limits).
Vitamin B17 is critical to prevent & reverse “abnormal
cell growth”. The best natural source of Vitamin B17/Amygdalin
is bitter raw apricot seeds. Oddly enough, apricot seeds were a staple of
the Hunza diet (yes, those same people that never got cancer). Take one apricot
seed (or more) for every 20 Lbs of body weight, chew them well and
prepare for an unpleasant taste. The bitterness is due to the B17/amygdalin! If
you can’t endure the taste, get B17 capsules (again, see our Extras page for
discounted links). With all of this in place, plus Yellow Juice,
Powershots, and Spike This!!, you should be covered for ALL deficiency
related disease!
Toxin Avoidance - You will never get healthy if you are constantly re-exposing yourself to
toxins. Some of the worst offenders include fluoride, aluminum, mercury (thimerosal
in vaccines), dioxin, glyphosate, atrazine, graphene, GMOs, and now mRNA. There
are MANY more, and they are everywhere, entirely too many to list. We are being
exposed to these elements in our air (barium, strontium, and aluminum),
water (fluoride and other chemicals), food (GMO, toxic additives,
emulsifiers, and preservatives), and our so-called medicines that are
derivatives of oil in most cases; thus, the need to continuously detox.
This includes avoiding ALL
vaccines. Vaccines are loaded with heavy metals, biological
agents, and dangerous chemicals that bioaccumulate, destroy the immune system,
cause disease, mental issues, energy loss, and even death. The book Dissolving
Illusions gives a sobering account of how we arrived at our modern day insanity.
Suffice it to say that it is no coincidence we are as unhealthy as we are with
the increased prevalence of “safe & effective” vaccines. Still dubious?
Read the vaccine side effects and ingredients lists carefully, you will be
shocked at what you find. Vaccines, much like anything else that is injected
directly into the bloodstream, bypass ALL defense mechanisms making them
particularly dangerous, stay far away. Your body is perfectly capable of
defending against and recovering from any microbe if well nourished.
Pharmaceuticals should be assessed on a
case-by-case basis, they are often detrimental to the body and the list of side
effects can be quite telling. Quitting cold turkey is not advised, work with a
naturopath to safely & slowly remove dependency if possible. When it comes
to retail products; use deodorant without aluminum, toothpaste without
fluoride, sunscreen without oxybenzone & parabens, limit your use of
cosmetics, perfumes/colognes, shampoos, shave gels and aftershaves which are
often loaded with toxic ingredients & “fragrance”. Our skin has an amazing
ability to absorb chemicals so be conscious about what you put on it! This is

If you have mercury/amalgam fillings, avoid
consuming hot foods & liquids (they can off gas when heated and affect
your brain). Have them removed by a holistic dentist ASAP.
Since we have all been and continue to be inundated with toxins, we need tools
that combat this. This is where Chelator, The Wolverine, and Carbon
60 become invaluable. Your body naturally attempts to detox, even distilled
water can detox cells, but it does so rather slowly. Chelator & The
Wolverine work synergistically to speed that process up, while Carbon 60
handles oxidative fallout as that process plays out. Have Binder on hand
as well to avoid detox reactions that can occur as toxins are released/chelated
into the gut (called a Herxheimer reaction).
Radiation
& EMF exposure is often overlooked. You cannot see it & it can absolutely destroy your
health. To protect yourself, get an EMF meter (that covers 5G+ frequencies) to test areas that you frequent. The
Milerd EMF device is available on Amazon and easy to bring with you anywhere. Ensure
your home & work areas are safe. Retest regularly. There are EMF blocking
fabrics and paints that can be used if you are unable to control the source of
the radiation. We have our preferred EMF blocking option listed on the Extras
page. Exposure to smart meters, cell phones, 5G towers, Wi-Fi routers, &
personal Bluetooth devices should be identified & minimized. Stay on the
lower floors of high-rise apartments or hotels if possible, cell towers are
often mounted on the roof and can be especially detrimental. Use “Airplane Mode”
frequently. Keep Bluetooth/Wi-Fi devices off your body and away from your
brain, balls & boobs! Headaches are often indicative of high-level EMF
exposure.
CLEAN the Gut - Of utmost importance when detoxing is getting the bad stuff out. This is even more important than getting the good stuff
in! If you have a large/distended
gut or just feel like you are overweight, consider this section especially
applicable. Autopsies have found that we carry (on average) 20 POUNDS OF
ROTTING FECAL MATTER IN OUR GUTS. It is lining the walls of our intestines,
home to unwanted microorganisms/parasites, and blocking nutrient uptake. Maintaining
a healthy weight is critical for longevity and avoiding disease so there are
many reasons we need to CLEAN. To remedy this we created Binder
& De-Flame which reset the gut in a holistic manner. Regular use
of a senna leaf laxative tea served with raw honey is an easy to incorporate daily
method for moving the bowels. Salt flushes should be done from time-to-time to
remove deeply impacted fecal matter. The Binder Protocol details how to

or vibration plate for even greater effect. Fasting also plays a big role in
the process of cleaning the gut. The longer you can fast the better as you
proceed here. When you do eat, eat light, raw, and organic.
